Luxemburg-based, NMC International sa, leader in the development, production and marketing of synthetic and bio-sourced foam products announces the takeover of the Baumann Group and its Aeroline and Aeroflex Europe businesses via its subsidiaries NMC sa, based in Eynatten in Belgium and NMC Germany, based in Heppenheim. The integration will be effective as of April 1st, 2017.
