NMC International sa and SELIT Group (SELIT Dämmtechnik GmbH & SELIT-TEC Dämmsysteme GmbH), both leaders in the field of development, production and marketing of synthetic foams will establish a strategic partnership with effect from July 1, 2017. NMC will acquire a majority shareholding in Selit from the previous owners, the brothers Marco und Rouven Seitner, who will become shareholders at NMC. The merger creates a group with a yearly turnover of approximately 270 million Euro and over 1600 employees.
